Au Revoir Julie!

For those of you who have been with us over the years, we have gone through quite a process modernizing our campaign and certainly our website to make it easier and more interesting to find out more about what we do. Last year "updating" was replaced with creating a completely new website to provide more functionality. Hosts could create their own page and see how much they raised by checking out their personal thermometer! This year Julie has helped us add the ability to keep an ESTC account and host multiple parties (for you ambitious ones out there!) or see how much you've raised over the years. I don't think I fully appreciated the effort of this endeavor until I saw Julie get to work. With enough coding that I swore I was looking at someone who fell asleep with their head on the keyboard, Julie maneuvered around the (unknown to me) secrets of web design and made our site the work of art it is today.

This was a BIG job and she did amazing! As a web designer you don't get the public credit other positions may receive and it's usually a good thing when their work goes unnoticed! Julie is also someone very involved in current events and passionate about making a difference. It was great to have her opinions and a different viewpoint while working on our campaign. I will speak for myself and say she certainly made me think and challenged the way we do things, which is great! Julie is heading off to Australia and then perhaps back to her home country of France and we wanted to say THANK YOU Julie for all your work! We will miss you!
Julie's friend made this for her goodbye-you can tell she's loved!
